VINIFICATION AND AGEING

Maceration with the skins for 20 days followed by temperature-controlled fermentation with selected yeasts. Aged for a further 9 months and for 6 months in the bottle before being sold.

TASTING NOTES

Intense ruby red in colour, it displays ripe fruit aro- mas with hints of cocoa. A soft, balanced, velvety mouth with impressive structure and a long, lingering finish.
