VINIFICATION AND AGEING
Maceration with the skins for 20 days followed by temperature-controlled fermentation with selected yeasts. Aged for 9 months in steel vats and a further 6 months in the bottle before going on the market.

TASTING NOTES
Intense red colour, a fruity nose with spicy notes, packed with chewy tannins; dry, velvety, plush and lingering on the palate Pairs well with substantial meat dishes and mature cheeses.
