VINIFICATION AND AGEING
The grapes undergo soft crushing, temperature-con- trolled fermentation at 14°C with selected yeasts. Aged on the fine lees for around 3 months before it is bottled and put on the market.

TASTING NOTES
Pale straw yellow colour; white flowers and tropical fruits with hints of vanilla on the nose. Elegant, fresh, mineral on the palate. Pairs well with fish dishes, raw seafood and young cheeses.
