VINIFICATION AND AGEING
Maceration with the skins for 15 days with selected yeasts. Temperature-controlled fermentation with regular pumpover. Aged in steel vats and a further 4 months in the bottle, before going on the market.

TASTING NOTES
Avery deep, intense purplish red colour, with a rich, complex nose featuring notes of spices and wild berries. A big, full-bodied wine, plush and packed with
fine-grained tannins. Pairs well with meat dishes, game and mature cheeses.
