VINIFICATION AND AGEING
Maceration with the skins for 16 days followed by temperature-controlled fermentation with selected yeasts. Aged in steel vats and then in the bottle for 6 months before going on the market.

TASTING NOTES
Bright ruby red in colour, it has an opulent nose bur- sting with cherry and ripe wild berries. Soft in the mouth, it boasts impressive structure and is packed with ripe tannins. Pairs well with hearty barbecued meat dishes, game and mature cheeses.
