VINIFICATION AND AGEING
Maceration with the skins for 4-5 hours. Temperatu- re-controlled fermentation with selected yeasts. Aged on the fine lees for 4 months and then in the bottle for at least 2 months before going on the market.

TASTING NOTES
Pale pink colour, with intense, lasting aromas of Me- diterranean scrub with hints of cherry and raspberry; a fresh, elegant wine that shows balance on the pa- late. Pairs well with antipasti, fish dishes, raw seafo- od and young cheeses.
