VINIFICATION AND AGEING

Temperature controlled maceration at 26°C on the skins continuing after the end of alcoholic fermentation. It is then aged for around 11 months in vats and a further 10 months in the bottle before going on the market.

TASTING NOTES

Deep ruby red colour with subtle garnet highlights Notes of very ripe red berries, dried fig, black cherry, with vanilla aromas. Generous, structured, soft and elegant in the mouth.
